At quietBOLD, we cherish slowfashion craftsmanship and want every parcel to reach a home that truly wants it. To keep cancellations low and prices fair, all CashonDelivery orders require a small upfront payment of ₹200.

Good news: the ₹200 is not an extra fee. It is credited against your order total—you simply pay the balance in cash when the courier arrives.

 

Why ₹200 Upfront?

Genuine intent – A nominal advance signals that you really want the piece, cutting down on lastminute refusals.

Shippingcost buffer – If a parcel bounces back unpaid, the ₹200 helps offset twoway logistics.

Sustainable, fair pricing – Fewer fake orders mean we waste less fabric, trim, and fuel—so we can keep our prices competitive for everyone.

 

How It Works

Add to cart – Shop normally and head to checkout.

Select “Partial COD Option” – The portal will prompt you for the partial payment.

Pay ₹200 – Pay via UPI / card / netbanking.

Order confirmation – You will receive an email/SMS showing ₹200 paid and the balance due.

Pay balance on delivery – Hand the remaining amount to the courier—done!

 

Important to Remember

The ₹200 is deducted from your grand total.

Decline the parcel or refuse to pay the balance? The advance becomes nonrefundable and helps cover return freight.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund—including the ₹200—per our Return & Exchange Policy.

If we must cancel (e.g., item sold out), the ₹200 comes straight back to your original payment method.

Standard return rules (7day window, ₹150 restocking fee, nonreturnable categories, etc.) still apply once the order is accepted.
